WHY DO I TEACH? PART 2!

I teach because I want children going off into the world feeling confident, knowing that hard work, practice, listening, trial and error, failure and success has earned their own “thumbs up”, regardless of any outcome of an audition, interview, exam, or performance. Artificial rewards have no value compared to really owning the skills that empower you to learn and improve. That said, whether any situation turns out to be a “win” or a “loose”, there is really only a win, when you have that feeling and you know you will keep going!
